Packages and Memberships: All prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours: Sessions may be canceled and rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice (1 business day) prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.
Deposits: Deposits for services (e.g., IV therapy, hormone consultations, Botox, PRP, etc.) are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment if canceled at least 24 hours (1 business day) in advance. Deposits are forfeited in case of no show or late cancellation.
Promos: Booking with a promotional code ensures charges do not exceed the promo amount. A $50 fee applies for no-shows or late cancellations.
